Ibby Solutions LLC. is a third-party support and service facilitation company. We assist residential and business customers across the United States with comparing, selecting, and managing TV, internet, and bundled service plans offered by third-party providers.

We are not the original service providers. All services are delivered, billed, and maintained by the respective providers (such as DIRECTV, Spectrum, and other third-party companies).

2. Our Role as a Third-Party Company

Ibby Solutions LLC. acts solely as a support and liaison between customers and their actual service providers.
We assist with plan selection, account setup guidance, scheduling support, and general service inquiries.
We do not own, operate, or guarantee the performance, availability, or quality of services provided by third-party providers.

3. Business Hours

Our standard customer support hours are:
Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (local time)
We are closed on weekends and U.S. federal holidays.

4. Account Holder Authorization

To protect customer privacy and security:

We require proper authorization from the account holder before processing any service-related request.
No orders, changes, or requests will be submitted without verified customer consent.

5. Service Availability

Our facilitation and support services are available across all 50 U.S. states, subject to service availability, provider coverage, and provider-specific policies.

6. Refunds & Payments

Customers may request a refund within 40 days of service initiation.
Approved refunds are processed within 15 business days.
Refunds are issued by check only.
Ibby Solutions LLC. does not currently accept credit card payments.
All billing, refunds, and charges remain subject to the policies of the original service provider.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Providing accurate and complete information related to their service account.
Ensuring they are the authorized account holder before requesting assistance.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ibby Solutions LLC. provides consultation and support services only.
We are not responsible for outages, service failures, billing issues, or disputes related to third-party providers.
All technical, service-level, and billing matters remain the responsibility of the original provider.

9. Modifications to Terms

Ibby Solutions LLC. reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and become effective immediately upon publication.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States of America and the state in which Ibby Solutions LLC. is registered.
